Omni Logistics operated a fleet of 1,200 vehicles across 14 markets. Their existing routing used a decades-old nearest-neighbour heuristic that couldn't account for real-time traffic, driver constraints, or delivery window priorities — losing $2M annually to suboptimal routes.
We built a custom graph-optimization engine on top of their existing fleet data, incorporating dynamic traffic feeds, time-window constraints, and multi-depot scheduling. The result was validated in simulation before a phased production rollout.
